bbPress 2.3.2 in Italiano e’ disponibile per il download. Questa versione e’ stata rilasciata per risolvere una serie di bug conosciuti elencati di seguito:

  • sistemati 3 aspetti per la compatibilità dei temi esistenti.
  • migliorati 2 aspetti che riguardano l’inserimento di codice preformattato con la compatibilità dell’editor visuale.
  • sistemato un bug con le attività di BuddyPress che faceva visualizzare il contenuto dei forum privati su alcune installazioni.
  • sistemato un problema che non permetteva ad alcuni widget di salvare le impostazioni nel modo corretto.
  • aggiunto l’aiuto contestuale nella modifica dall’amministrazione di WordPress di forum, discussioni e risposte.

Per quanto riguarda le stringhe, non ci sono stati cambiamenti, quindi per chi ha inserito i file di localizzazione nella cartella wp-content/languages/bbpress può aggiornare il plugin dal backend senza problemi e senza perdere la traduzione.

Come al solito prima di effettuare l’aggiornamento, effettuare sempre un backup completo di file e database.

bbPress 2.3.1 in Italiano è disponibile per il download. Questa nuova versione va a risolvere 3 bug:

  • I moderatori vedere ancora le discussioni e risposte cestinate
  • Migliorata la scrittura del codice preformattato rispetto alle precedenti versioni
  • Corretta la cache dei gruppi cancellati per le query agli articoli personalizzati

In questa versione di bbPress è stato disattivato l’editor di testo avanzato di WordPress (TinyMCE). Continua ad essere disponibile, ma bisogna attivarlo  inserendo la parte di codice seguente nel file functions.php del proprio tema o creando un plugin.

bbPress 2.2.4 in Italiano è disponibile per il download. Come ormai tutti sapete, bbPress il famoso software per la realizzazione di forum semplice da utilizzare è diventato un plugin per WordPress, finalmente abbiamo l’ultima versione stabile di questo immancabile plugin completamente in Italiano.

Nella pagina download sono disponibili due file, il primo con il pacchetto completo da caricare nella cartella plugins del nostro WP, l’altro contenente solo i due file .po e .mo da caricare nella cartella languages di bbPress oppure, molto consigliato, nella cartella wp-content/languages/bbpress, in questo modo bbPress prenderà in automatico la lingua Italiana e all’aggiornamento del plugin non perderemo totalmente la traduzione.

Per qualsiasi richiesta, dubbio  o altro, fate come sempre riferimento al forum di supporto.

BuddyPress Default theme per bbPress

Dopo molte richieste ed un po’ di lavoro per sistemarlo al meglio, finalmente viene rilasciato per il download il tema del nostro forum, ovvero un adattamento del nuovo tema di Default di BuddyPress per funzionare con bbPress.

Se avete un’installazione standalone di bbPress, usate BP con il tema di default e volete dargli lo stesso aspetto nonche’ condividere le funzioni, bene e’ arrivato il momento di scaricare il tema.

ATTENZIONE: Il tema in questione RICHIEDE la “deep integration” tra bbPress e WordPress/MU, questo per poter condividere le funzioni di WP ma anche quelle di BuddyPress.
